If you find it necessary to return or exchange merchandise, Please know the following:

1. Original shipping charges are not refundable, all returns can only be returned for company credit or exchanged. No money refunds.

2. All returning Merchandises must be returned in new condition.

3. No returns will be accepted without return authorization. For RA# please call your sales rep.

4. No returns accepted or claims allowed after 14 days from receipt of shipment.

5. Prices quoted subject to change without prior notice.

6. Any refused shipments, for example returned to Zony Inc, by carrier as refused, or unclaimed, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges.

7. All order terms are COD, money order, or credit card unless good credit is established for net 30.
