Exchange Policy:

Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@zonyinc.us with photos and details.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with intact tags.
Exchanges are available within 7 days for orders shipped within India.
Customers must ship the product back at their cost or opt for a pickup (courier charges apply).
Exchange items must be of equal or higher value.
No exchanges/returns for discounted or customized products.
Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available. Customers can return products for a credit note (valid for 12 months).
The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before shipping by calling 1-800-630-9669. Post-shipping, cancellations are not allowed, but exchanges can be requested.
